Beginning January 2025, the BCPNP is set to introduce new PNP streams for international graduates of the province:
Bachelor stream
Master’s stream
Doctorate stream
International graduates are students who have obtained a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada within the last three years.
These streams intent to design direct pathways for international graduates to obtain Canadian permanent residence (PR) and refine their employment probability across British Columbia.
