This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Geraldine Valiarayil, RCIC #R707287) and the Client.
The Client agrees to pay the fees indicated in the booking tool for the selected online consultation services. The consultation aims to provide the RCIC with sufficient information to conduct a full analysis and offer comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated timelines, fees, and costs.
The Client must provide the RCIC with accurate and complete information, including all necessary documents. The Client must disclose all relevant details, even if they are negative or adverse, as any failure to do so may affect the advice given, void this Agreement, or impact the Client’s application outcome or status retention.
The advice provided by the RCIC is based on current Canadian immigration law and policy at the time of consultation. The RCIC is not responsible for any future changes in government policy, immigration programs, or application processes that may impact the Client’s case.
The RCIC will provide consulting services to the standard of a competent CICC member. However, the RCIC cannot guarantee that the Client will meet their business, education, employment, or immigration goals.
The RCIC is committed to preserving Client confidentiality. All information and documents provided will not be shared with third parties, except for RCIC’s agents and employees, without prior consent, unless required by law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the Federal Laws of Canada.
Geraldine Valiarayil, RCIC #R7067287, is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and abides by its By-Law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
By paying the fee through the booking tool, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Initial Consultation Agreement.
